You will indemnify and hold the owners, employees, creators and operators of this site from all liability, cost and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs that may arise directly or indirectly from your accessing the site and/or using the services. By gaining access to this site, you will have released and discharged the providers, owners, creators and operators of this site from any and all liability which might arise.
Cancellation
Confirmed bookings may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations must be made by email and are only valid when acknowledged by return email from AnnaB. Requests for refunds or credits for cancellation will be subject to the deduction of any applicable credit card, banking and currency fees, plus the deduction of all prepaid transport, hotel , limousine and any communication costs related to arranging the booking. Additional cancellation Fees will apply as follows:
- 7 days notice of cancellation: No Cancellation Fee
- 2-7 days notice of cancellation: 30% of booking fee.
- Within 48 hours: 100% of the booking fee
Services and fees
AnnaB is a model introduction agency and the services provided by AnnaB and all monies exchanged with AnnaB are only for the time and companionship of a model. Anything else that may occur during an engagement with a model is a matter of personal choice and mutual agreement between the model and client and is not the subject of any financial compensation. We do not promote, offer or condone prostitution or any illegal services and our services are limited to the sale of time and companionship only. Notwithstanding this, we do not offer our services in any juridictions where such services may be deemed or interpreted to be illegal in any sense. This includes the territory of the United States of America. It is further understood that AnnaB is not the employer of the models introduced on our web pages. The models are all working individuals, AnnaB is acting as an agent only and (its owners/the agency) assume(s) no liability for the models.

Jurisdiction
